Shepherds Flat Landcare Group has received funds from the Australian Government, Dept. of Industry, Science, Energy and Resources to plant trees celebrating The Queen’s Platinum Jubilee.  Sunday August 28th will be the first of several planting sessions. Community members are invited to share in this event, planting native trees and grasses to help repair the damaged environment.  We will then celebrate with a BBQ and be joined by the Honorable Catherine King MP, Councillor Jen Bray and others who are supporting our Group and activities.  Please register your interest with Jill Williams, 0437751824 or Phil Laukens, 0408348709.
