Despite recent rainfall, Hepburn Shire Council is anticipating a fire season which will approach quickly and is urging residents to prepare.
| Despite recent rainfall, Hepburn Shire Council is anticipating a fire season which will approach quickly and is urging residents to prepare. The council’s Fire Prevention Officers will commence property inspections shortly in line with their legislative obligations. They are warning that notices may be issued to those properties with high fuel loads. The council is urging all property owners to reduce fuel on their property and to maintain this level throughout the fire season.
