The Hepburn Mineral Springs Reserve now has Hepburn Shire’s third electric vehicle charging station as part of a collaboration led by Chargefox with partners Hepburn Energy, the Hepburn Shire Council and Central Highlands Water.

To date stations have also previously been installed in Creswick and Daylesford with two more planned – for Trentham and Clunes.
The program has received co-funding from state government’s Destination Charging Across Victoria Program and installation has been carried out by local electrician Fells Electrical.
These stations are hoped to contribute to shire-wide efforts to reach zero-net emissions by 2030 as part of the Hepburn Z-NET partnership.
