V/Line services will run to a Saturday timetable for the Melbourne Cup Day public holiday, a V/Line spokesman says.

V/Line trains will run to a Saturday timetable for the Melbourne Cup Day public holiday on Tuesday 7 November.

A V/Line spokesman says scheduled coach services will also run to an altered Saturday timetable on Tuesday November 7.
