As part of its Living and Ageing Well in Hepburn project, Central Highlands Rural Health has launched a series of community information events.
The next event is Staying Physically Strong and Increasing Independence with organisers inviting all local residents to attend.
It will be held on Tuesday, June 25 at 11am at the Daylesford Neighbourhood Centre.
Speakers at Tuesday’s event will include a social worker and an exercise physiologist from Central Highlands Rural Health.
