Results in the local government election for Hepburn Shire Council have been provisionally announced this afternoon.

Results in the local government election for Hepburn Shire Council have been provisionally announced this afternoon.

They see previously-serving councillors Don Henderson, Brian Hood, Lesley Hewitt and Tim Drylie returning, with newcomers Tony Clark, Pat Hockey and Shirley Cornish also across the line.

The declaration of the outcome is scheduled for 4.30 pm at 24 Vincent Street in Daylesford tomorrow (Friday 8th November 2024).

The Victorian Electoral Commission has issued the following statement:

After a computer count the following candidates are successful. They will be declared elected in the coming days.

The successful candidates are Don Henderson (first successful), Brian Hood (second successful), Lesley Hewitt (third Successful), Tony Clark (fourth successful), Tim Drylie (fifth successful), Pat Hockey (sixth successful), Shirley Cornish (seventh successful)
