January 29th, 2025Satisfaction survey: call a distinct possibility

Hepburn Shire Council residents have been notified that they may just be getting a phone call from National Field Services anywhere through from now to mid-March.

National Field Services are a market research field and tabulation consultancy and they’ve been engaged to conduct a community satisfaction survey for the Hepburn Shire Council.

The same survey is also conducted right across municipalities throughout the state of Victoria.

In a social media post the council says it’s an opportunity for shire residents to share their thoughts.

“They’ll be chatting with residents from different demographics to gather feedback, and we truly appreciate your time and insights. Rest assured, your responses will be kept completely confidential, and only the overall results will be shared with us.”
