Lavandula Swiss Italian Farm

Located ten minutes north of Daylesford, Lavandula Swiss Italian Farm sits in the picturesque farmlands of Shepherds Flat. There’s one hundred acres to roam and explore the European styled gardens, Historic stone buildings, History Tours of the original homestead, Farm animals, rows of Lavender and so much more.

Over one hundred handcrafted aromatherapy products are on display in ‘the barn’, where you can learn about their uses and suitability to skin types etc. The products are created on the farm itself, you may even be able to catch a glimpse of them being made through the Still Room window. A smell of lavender lingers through the courtyard in summer as we hang our lavender bunches to dry under the old verandahs and distill fresh cut lavender into our very own Lavender Essential Oil.

Boasting a secluded position by a private lake, Lavandula Country House offers self-contained accommodation with a sun terrace, fully equipped modern kitchen and a relaxing spa bath. Surrounded by open space and nature, the property is a 10-minute drive to the center of Hepburn Springs.
