December 24th, 2022Multi-lot subdivision application lodged for site opposite Farmers Arms
A planning permit application for a multi-lot subdivision and road reserve for 4719 Midland Highway, Daylesford has been lodged with Hepburn Shire Council.
The application, by Smith Development Partnership, takes in a triangle of land on Raglan Street and the Midland Highway opposite the Farmers Arms Hotel.
It includes an 18m road reserve, a 1.57ha ‘super’ lot, four 1600sqm lots, a 1560sqm lot, a 1592sqm lot and a 2393sqm lot.
There are also two recreation and drainage reserves which are 3754sqm and 562sqm.
