Welcome to another Quarantini O’Clock, the print edition. Restrictions are beginning to ease in Victoria and we can now see people other than those we live with. Finally, I’ll get to see someone better looking than just my face in the bathroom mirror. If you like a tart and fruity cocktail, here’s one to try out when you all reunite. We made use of lovely fresh ripe raspberries from Daylesford Sunday Market. Cheers!

Campari Nobile

Ingredients:

20ml vodka

20ml Campari

15ml Limoncello

45ml orange juice

Handful of fresh raspberries

Ice

Method:

Muddle raspberries and alcohol in a shaker, add the orange juice and ice, shake and double strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a few raspberries skewered on a cocktail stick. Serve to your friends at a safe distance and enjoy each other’s company for the first time in weeks.

Sadly no hugging.
