In the coming weeks community safety officers will be conducting animal registration door knocks in the Hepburn Shire.
In the coming weeks community safety officers will be conducting animal registration door knocks in the Hepburn Shire.
In a recent social media post the council advised residents that: “The purpose of this is to ensure all dogs and cats over the age of three months old are registered.
“This assists our officers with reuniting you with your pet.”
The council has also advised in recent days that free cat desexing will available for concession card holders in Hepburn Shire.
Attendance registrations are required for the free sessions that will be taking place on Thursday October 3 at Victoria Park in Daylesford and at the Doug Lindsay Recreation Reserve in Creswick on Friday October 4.
