The Gisborne library is hosting a free event offering crochet know-how and conversation.

The hour-long afternoon session happens from 2pm on Monday February 6 at the local library, part of the Goldfields Libraries.

“If you’re new to crochet, or would you like to learn this session will be ideal,” said a spokeswoman for the upcoming session at the Gisborne library.

“It would really suit anyone who is working on a project and feels like some company.

“We’d just like everyone to come along to our friendly Crochet and Conversation group to share the love of all things crochet. You can bring your own supplies or current project.”

It’s part of the free ongoing series of diverse public events offered by Goldfields Libraries, with more information and bookings available through the library’s own website.
