Central Highlands Rural Health is after new members for its Community
Advisory Committee.
The role of CAC is to advise the board on effective consumer partnering
and participation; advocate on behalf of the community and consumers on new
initiatives to deal with current or emerging health issues; and to provide direction and
leadership in relation to the integration of consumer, carer and community member
views into all levels of CHRH service operations, planning, and policy development.
Community representatives who are passionate about local healthcare and live in
the Macedon Ranges or Hepburn shires are welcome to apply. CAC meets four times a year. To apply to be a member of the CHRH Community Advisory Committee write a short application and send to Elise Hart via email at elise.hart@chrh.org.au
