August 9th, 2024Chance to shape equestrian facilities in Macedon Ranges

The Macedon Ranges Shire Council is inviting community feedback to help develop a new community equestrian facilities plan.

At its July meeting held last week the council endorsed the release its new Draft Macedon Ranges Community Equestrian Facilities Plan for public feedback.

The Macedon Ranges has one of the highest participation rates in recreational equestrian activities in Victorian LGAs.

Development of the plan is aimed at providing clearer direction for the management and development of equestrian facilities across the shire.

The council is now inviting community feedback up to August 22 to help inform the final plan with more information available on the council website.
