An E-bike rider has died in hospital following a collision in Canterbury last month.

An E-bike rider has died in hospital following a collision in Canterbury last month.

It is believed that two E-bikes collided on Mont Albert Road about 6.30pm on 29 January.

One of the riders, a 62-year-old Blackburn man, was taken to hospital with minor injuries.

The second rider, a 41-year-old Balwyn man, was taken to hospital where he died at a later date.

The exact circumstances surrounding the collision are being investigated.
