The Bullarto Hall will host the Festival of Small Halls on Saturday, March 16.

The Bullarto Hall will host the Festival of Small Halls on Saturday, March 16.

The festival is an opportunity to catch performances by Icelandic act Svavar Knútur, a gruff and gentle local of the eastern fjords.

The festival that celebrates the signifcant place that halls occupy in the life of regional and rural communities, will also feature some great live music by Aussie musos, The Maes (above).

Right now the festival committee is also calling for expressions of interest from potential support acts with those interested in performing as part of the festival invited to contact the committee via email bullartohall@gmail.com.
