December 29th, 2024Four arrested in Wyndham Vale

Police have arrested four people after a vehicle with allegedly stolen number plates was located at a service station in Wyndham Vale earlier this month.

Patrolling police located the vehicle at the service station on Ballan Road about 8.45pm on 19 December.

A 38-year-old Wyndham Vale man, 45-year-old Werribee man, 38-year-old Riddells Creek and a 43-year-old Wyndham Vale man were arrested at the scene and were to be interviewed.

Police also seized a machete and a quantity of methamphetamine from the vehicle.
