Emergency services had last week responded to a collision in Pine Lodge near Shepparton that left four people dead.

Anyone who witnessed the collision, has dashcam footage or information is being urged to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000 or submit a confidential report via Crime Stoppers online.

It’s believed a car and ute have collided on Pine Lodge North Road, near Cosgrove-Lemnos Road, about 4.45pm last Wednesday, January 4.

The driver of the ute was not seriously injured and stopped to assist at the scene.

There were five people in the vehicle that ended up in a nearby paddock.

Four people died at the scene.

The driver of the vehicle had been airlifted in a serious condition.

Major Collision Investigation Unit detectives had attended at the scene amid police efforts to establish the cause of the collision.
