Hepburn Shire Council is partnering with local business Greywoods Consulting to deliver two free online webinars aimed at helping local businesses expand their reach, strengthen their presence, and grow sustainably across the region.

Designed specifically for tradespeople and home-based business operators, the sessions will provide practical, easy-to-apply strategies to move beyond reliance on local networks and build a stronger regional footprint.

‘From local tradie to regional brand’, held on Wednesday 6 May 2026 (6:30–8 pm), is tailored for tradespeople looking to transition from word-of-mouth work to a more established regional brand. Participants will gain practical strategies to improve visibility, attract new clients, and position their business for long-term growth across a wider catchment.

‘From home office to regional lead magnet’, held Monday 18 May 2026 (6:30– 8 pm), is designed for home-based and small service businesses. This session focuses on creating consistent lead generation beyond the local area. It will explore practical and accessible marketing approaches to attract, capture and convert regional clients.

Both webinars are free to attend and form part of Council’s ongoing commitment to supporting local businesses to build capability, resilience and long-term growth.
