Central Goldfields Shire Council is developing a new Public Lighting Strategy and wants to hear from residents about the places where lighting makes a difference — the streets you use, the areas that feel welcoming, and the spots that feel unsafe.

Your feedback will help guide a fair and sustainable approach to lighting across all towns.

The Draft Public Lighting Strategy is open for feedback until 5pm, Friday 19 June 2026.
