Sunbury and Cobaw Community Health will hold the information session on Wednesday, September 25 at 1.30pm in Kyneton.

Services provided include personal care, gardening, meal preparation, escorted transport services, and allied health services such as physiotherapy, osteopathy, occupational therapy, podiatry and nursing.
