Destination Central Victoria has appointed Joel Chadwick as its new chief executive officer.

Mr Chadwick joins DCV from Tourism Midwest Victoria, where he has held a number of senior leadership roles including Visitor Economy acting executive manager. He is also chair of Australian Regional Tourism. Mr Chadwick was born in Maryborough and has held key tourism-focused roles with Central Goldfields Shire and the City of Ballarat. He starts next month.
