The Hepburn Shire Council has entered a new 21-year lease for the operation of the Clunes Caravan Park with the incumbent tenants, Matthew and Dorothy Russell.
The new lease provides certainty for the local accommodation venue and continues a commitment from the tenants to improvements at the Clunes Caravan Park since they took over the business a decade ago.
The council issued a media statement that: “business has thrived under their stewardship, and this provides a positive drawcard for visitors to the Clunes township”.
