Architectural sanctuary with breathtaking views. EOI CLOSES 4PM ON FRIDAY 30TH APRIL 2021 (directions below GPS unreliable)

This majestic modern 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom, masterpiece is a spectacular tribute to the ingenuity of award-winning architect, Peter McIntyre. A bold interplay of curves, straight lines, corrugated iron, wood and glass serves as an aesthetically alluring canvas for the everchanging backdrop of mother nature as day turns into night and the colours change with sunrises and sunsets, the clouds float across the sun, and the seasons transitioning into one another.

Soaring high above the ground on over 18 acres of sprawling land yet respectful of its surroundings, it’s a one-of-a-kind residence, built 12 years ago, and equally suited to couples and families as it to a corporate retreat set-up. The far-reaching bird’s eye views of the Brisbane Ranges and You Yangs and extending as far as Corio Bay and the Bellarine Peninsula are jaw-dropping, while the modular arrangement of living spaces inventively allows for one grandly scaled residence or two to three self-contained abodes. As if it were seemingly floating above the ground, the simply breathtaking design can be transformed into anything you want it to be – an entertainer’s delight for an intimate group of 6, a celebration for 20 of your closest family and friends or an unforgettable function for 100+ guests given the tremendous space available to accommodate multiple marquees and dancefloors.

All up there are five generous bedrooms and 7 decks/verandahs within:

* ‘The Main House’ (Module 1) comprises of a lounge with wood fire, dining area with glass ceiling, entertainer’s kitchen with spacious walk-in pantry, and a large bedroom and deluxe bathroom.

* ‘The Sleep House’ (Module 2) provides a mammoth main ensuite bedroom and enclosed verandah taking up the top level. The lower bedroom offers the opportunity for a well sized home office with kitchenette, separate entry, plenty of storage and deck.

* ‘The Cottage’ (Module 3) a fully self-contained residence that showcases a huge open-plan living space, kitchen, sunken lounge, two bedrooms and a bathroom.

An idyllic sanctuary to live a quality family lifestyle or nurture your soul with a glass of wine and book as you listen to the birdsong and watch a parade of wildlife go by, this once-in-blue-moon opportunity is a sensory slice of paradise immersed in breezes by day and stars at night. Its flexible floorplan and exterior footprint that serves every purpose imaginable.
