COMMEMORATIVE Quilt, a book which charts the creation of a triptych quilt made to commemorate the 150th anniversary of the opening and naming of the Redesdale Bridge on January 23, 1868, has been published.
The book is for sale for $20 with proceeds going to the Redesdale and District Association. To buy a copy of the book email kathhall32@gmail.com The quilt is now on exhibition at the Redesdale Gallery.

I think that I shall never see a poem lovely as a tree. So wrote the poet (Alfred) Joyce Kilmer. Last Thursday, just a few days out from international World AIDS Day, a special tree beside Lake Daylesford - an autumn blaze acer to be exact - came in for a bit of extra media attention.
