Nine young leaders have been appointed to represent the voices of young people across the Macedon Ranges.
The shire’s inaugural Youth Council has three young people representing each ward, ensuring young voices from across the Macedon Ranges are heard and reflected in council decision making. The councillors will serve as advocates for young people aged 12-25, providing a direct connection between the council and the community’s youth.
