February 6th, 2025Three charged with drug offences in Wendouree

Ballarat Crime Investigation Unit detectives have charged three people after locating and seizing drugs in the Ballarat suburb Wendouree last week.

Investigators executed the warrant at a residence on Hastings Street at 7:40am last Thursday, January 30, and located and seized approximately 4.8kg of cannabis, 18 grams of methamphetamine, one gram of cocaine, three LSD squares, 42 ecstasy tablets, and 203 vapes.

A 45-year-old Wendouree man was charged with traffick cannabis, traffick methylamphetamine, possess cocaine, possess ecstasy, possess LSD, and possess vapes.

A 41-year-old Wendouree woman was charged with possess cannabis and possess ecstasy.

Both were bailed to appear before Bendigo Magistrates’ Court on February 20.

A 45-year-old Wendouree man was charged with possess methylamphetamine and was released pending summons.
