Students in Macedon will have “safer school environments to learn in, with the state government funding key Bushfire Preparedness projects” the Member for Macedon Mary-Anne Thomas says.
Ms Thomas last week announced that schools in Macedon are among more than 350 Victorian schools to embark on a “maintenance blitz” in coming weeks with $13.5 million allocated through the Planned Maintenance and Bushfire Preparedness programs that will involve “vegetation clearing”.
