January 24th, 2024Witnesses sought following fatal Daylesford-Malmsbury Road crash

Police have called for witnesses following the fatal crash that happened at Denver on the Daylesford-Malmsbury Road early last Thursday morning.

It is understood a vehicle was travelling along Daylesford-Malmsbury Road, before it lost control, crashed into a tree and caught fire about 12.05am.

The driver and sole occupant of the vehicle, who at last police report had yet to identified, died at the scene.

The exact circumstances surrounding the crash were yet to be determined and investigations remained ongoing.
