I have just read your “Just Sayin’…” edition 365 re – Pick me, pick me!. I’m surprised — though perhaps I shouldn’t be, given the mention of the word government — that the letter from Pet Exchange Register didn’t include a simple thank you for your efforts in advertising animals in need.

One would expect a bit more empathy from an organisation that aims to rehome these animals. Instead of just requesting additional details, a heartfelt acknowledgment of your work would have been greatly appreciated.
